Justin Haynes began his career in the fashion and merchandise industry at the age of 15 when he was employed by GAP, Inc. He was hired as a sales associate earning $5.75 per hour.

Justin advanced quickly in the field due to his affinity and passion for stylish apparel. He continued to gain notoriety and expertise over a period of 13 years in the following positions: Sales Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Visual Director, and District Visual Director. Justin went on to become Regional Director for a prominent shoe store, which led to an assignment as Regional Training Manager for UK Luxury retail stores. Justin’s extensive training and experience in the fashion and merchandise industry fueled his dream to create designer clothing bearing his own label: JUS10H.

Carrying the desire for his own fashion label in his heart from the age of 16, Justin declined an offer to relocate and earn an impressive salary to start his own business. It is his goal to increase everyone’s fashion sense from fellow Massachusetts residents to peoples around the world.

Justin is off to a great start since JUS10H designs have been featured in two magazines: Paragon Styles and Chic Republic. Justin also frequently appears on Western Massachusetts’ morning television newscast, sharing his fashion know-how with thousands of viewers. He has produced three runway shows, made multiple state appearances, created a look book, been introduced in several magazines, is consistently rated number seven out of 20 “Most Searched on Google”, has been the subject of international reviews, hosts a fashion blog page, and recently completed his first international editorial shoot. And JUS10H is only two years old!

Justin’s goals for this year include an appearance on the Oprah show, gracing various magazine covers, and dressing more of the world’s people in the unique designs of JUS10H. With God’s help, many supporters, and multiple victories behind him, Justin Haynes can achieve these goals…and much more.

What do you get when you put four power house performers together in one arena? You get an amazing show that will leave you completely breathless! I had the pleasure of seeing Donnie McClurkin, Marvin Sapp, Israel Houghton and Kirk Franklin perform live at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut last month and could not believe the amazing show that my $50 afforded me. BET's Newest Reality TV Show

BET has caught the Christian reality TV bug! The Sheards is the lastest reality show based on Christians and is proving to be a hit for the network. As we all know, Mary Mary spearheaded the movement with the WE TV show Mary Mary. Preachers Wives and Preachers Daughters are two other shows that have emerged. The Sheards stars gospel powerhouse Karen Clark Sheard of the Clark Sisters and her equally talented daughter Kierra "KiKi" Sheard who is working diligently with her brother/producer J. Drew Sheard to take her career to the next level. The show highlights the family dynamics and the tensions that can arise when people mix business with personal.
